Spencer Elliott and his team were amazing to work with on our new fence. We worked together on finding the right design and fit for our yard. They not only performed the work on a timely basis, but it was excellent quality. We had a few grading issues (our issues) and they came back to make sure we were satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Heartwood.
We had a fabulous experience with Heartwood Fence! Very fast turnaround from deposit to execution. Approximately 460 LF of existing fence disposed of and new fence installed all within 48 hours! We decided at the start of the second day we wanted an additional gate and they updated the plan immediately. Spencer bid the job, wonderful to work with! Enjoyed that it wasn’ta sales pitch like you are buying a car. Sam, the foreman, and all the other installers were incredibly professional. We are so happy with the new fence and would highly recommend Heartwood Fence. Great value and workmanship.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From my very first interaction with Spencer to my final walk-through with Sam, I was impressed every step of the way. The entire process was professional, smooth, and customer-focused from start to finish. At my request, they provided several renderings so I could really visualize the finished project. Ironically, the very first one ended up being the design I chose—but I truly appreciated their patience throughout the process and the fact that they checked in periodically without ever making me feel pressured. The team was responsive, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure I was happy with the final result. By the time I did my final walk-around with Sam, I knew I had made the right choice with Heartwood Fence. They were great!! Very clean, very professional. The fence went up all in one day. They were very good at communicating when the materials arrived, when they were coming etc. they left everything clean, all the demo materials removed. I definitely recommend Heartwood Fence!
