Halo Home watch is the best home watch service in Naples! They are very thorough & professional. We do not worry about our property with them on the job. They have caught minor roof leaks to a stinky dishwasher.
This is the first time that I've used a Home Watch service and I am very impressed with this company. When I first requested a quote for the service, Patrick, the owner, came to my house and spent a long time looking around and explaining all of the areas they cover. They are extremely reliable and live up to what they say they will do. I received extensive reports every week, with pictures, of all the situations in my house and around my property.There is excellent communication and the responses to questions or requests were always prompt. I will continue to use Halo Home Watch and I highly recommend them.
Patrick has a great team at Halo Home Watch. Very responsive to all my needs. Especially in situations that require quick attention such as AC breakdowns. Extremely thorough in home inspections as they Keep a record of each task and photos. Thank you for your great work in keeping my home secure.
I reached out to Patrick at Halo Home about renting a home in IOCP for the month of January 2026. He quickly responded and was so helpful in securing and arranging our choice of home. The house was amazing and exactly as described - so perfect for our family. All communication was clear and timely. While we were staying in the Naples area neighborhood of IOCP, I reached out to Patrick for activity ideas for my adult son who has autism. Patrick sent me a wonderful and thoughtful list which kept my son busy and amused all month! We had such a great experience that we are renting the same home next year!
