A cool spot with a unique feature where you cook your own meat at the table. The noodle bowl is had was delicious but my partner had the same thing and his was kind of burnt. The drinks were delicious and the service was nice. It was empty when we went on a Sunday early afternoon so service was fast. I plan to go back with a larger group of friends!
Food is good overall. Some inconsistency with flavor when compared to the locations in the city. But always yes to spicy cucumber! Perhaps the experience is best when you select the unlimited option vs à la carte. This time we opted for à la carte and an order was missing. The server repeatedly said, “it shows that it was dropped off..” It wasn’t. They eventually brought it out, but a better system might be needed when customers order à la carte for transparency between both parties. Or make sure the server is actually serving the dishes so they’re clear on what has been served or missed. Also, if an order isn’t made correctly (missing ingredients), take it back and correct it. It’s a bit silly to ask if a customer wants what they ordered. Aside from that, we understand that peak hours can be busy, but is there no sense of urgency here? It’s so difficult to flag anyone down, and if you ask a question to anybody besides your server, you’re met with a blank look. Lastly, do make sure to replace the grills after each party. The two tables they offered to seat us at had used grills from the previous party. We’d come back for the food, but likely only during off peak hours.
The food, service and atmosphere here is outstanding. We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful meats and great side dishes that made every bite more than perfect. A special shoutout to the manager, Kelvin, who truly made our visit exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and provided the best service we could’ve asked for. We’ll definitely be back!
This was the most delicious meal we have ever eaten! Our server Sophie was so amazing and knew exactly what to recommend us. The cucumber salad is truly addictive and they sent out round after round super fast!!!
Went today for my birthday & Akzel, was my server he made my first time being there very pleasant. Glad he was my server & he was super professional. The best thing to grab off this menu is Supreme all you can eat.
