Damien did an excellent and efficient job unclogging our bathroom sink for a reasonable price. Same day service was also provided by their customer service team at no extra charge (although this is dependent on availability). Would recommend.

Today we had Ed come to do some repairs. There aren’t enough words to describe him. He is probably one of the most delightful plumbers/ technicians we have ever met. Not to mention his brilliance. Explained everything perfectly. Please take good care of this man…..he deserves a big raise. I hope they are aware of his worth.

We had General Air & Plumbing install a new a/c unit in our house before we moved in back in Nov. 2017. I can't recommend them highly enough. The price was competitive, they were prompt, courteous, and took good care of us as customers. Fast forward to today's service call from Gus. We discovered a leak in our garage the other day and thought it was from the a/c drain line that goes from the garage to the outside. Gus arrived early and was extremely helpful and courteous in helping me troubleshoot where the leak was and what steps needed to be done next. He got up in the attic and determined the a/c lines were fine, but found the area of the leaky pipe. He went above and beyond helping me try to identify the leak prior to the plumber arriving. He asked my permission to open up the drywall, which I knew we had to do, and helped direct the plumber to the area of the leak when he arrived. Gus even went as far as videoing what was up in the attic to show my where the leak was occurring and how he knew it wasn't the a/c line, saving me from having to get up there. Gus then took care of the first of our 2 free maintenance calls that come with the first year after installation. We have an unusual air filter in an odd size, up in the cathedral ceiling. He measured the opening for me and gave me clear directions and a recommendation of who could help order the special size filters I needed. Very happy with the service that's been provided by General Air & Plumbing in our first 2 encounters with them. Highly recommend using this company for a/c needs.

I was in a pickle on Friday when I was told by house guests that there wasn't hot water (only warm) in the bathroom shower. We had hot water everywhere else in the house was receiving hot water so I knew it had to be the handle. I tried to repair it myself but like most people, I am not skilled to fix plumbing!! "Leave it to the professionals" my husband said, but I wouldn't listen. So after creating a "very bad" water situation in the tub, I reached out to General Air & Plumbing. They had someone at our house in an hour. The service person, Ed, called when he was on his way to give us his ETA. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I would highly recommend them for all your air and plumbing needs. They have been added to our preferred list of contractors. Thanks to them for seeing my urgency and making fixing it quickly.

We use General Air and Plumbing for AC and Plumbing service contract. I've use them for 9 years now and in two different residences. Have always found them to be timely for service calls, reasonably priced and providers of high quality service. Technicians are professional and helpful. Recently had a problem with the thermostat not going on. They responded to my call within the same day. Technician (Ed) found the problem quickly. He also provided the semi-annual service check and maintenance and addressed a couple small issues for me with no questions asked, just good performance. Ed was knowledgeable, personable, and provided excellent service.
