I had never heard of Fountain Electric & Services before now. They contracted with Duke Energy through a plan I have with Duke Energy. Duke Energy couldn’t have picked a better company to work with. My experience with the two electricians William and Brandon was nothing short of incredible. They came in and found my problem and took care of it in a very timely manner. They personally reached back out to ensure all was well. Emma at the office was great. She kept me informed on what was going on and when things would place. Awesome teamwork. Will be my go to for any future work. I can’t say what the cost was because I was covered under the plan I have with Duke Energy.
Fountain Electric & Services has fantastic customer service. William Nunez electrician is best electrician that I had to come to my home. He is professional and explained everything that is going to before and completing my service. Your staff makes different. I am so thankful that Duke Engery recommend them. If have to have any more work done. I will also choose Fountain Electric & Services.
William Nunez came out to install a surge protector on my home. This man was 5 stars. It’s refreshing to have a contractor come to your home that’s positive, professional and a man of faith. I would recommend this company for any electrical needs, but moreover I’m encouraging you to use this company. Anyone that would employ someone like William gets all my business. God bless!
Mr. William Nunez Installed a ceiling fan in my dining room. He was so professional, kind, courteous, amazing and knowledgeable. I declare I am going out and purchase another ceiling fan which I don’t need, I am going to call Fountain Electric and REQUEST for him to come out again, my husband and I thanked our “ GOD” for sending another one of “ HIS” children, another one of “HIS” Angels into our home.
