We were at Forum Health for the 2nd time and were far beyond impressed. Very tidy and pleasant. Starting with the front desk, the doctors and nurses are courteous, professional, and have excellent bedside manners. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, making our visit much more comfortable. It's clear that the staff prioritizes patient care and well-being, which truly sets this place apart.

I’ve been going to Forum Health for six years receiving HRT. Dr. Connie, Amanda and the staff are great; very nice and helpful. Amanda is my primary and she’s awesome. She listens to my issues and gives me great advice with any concerns I may have. Forum Health is a great place for health and hormone needs.
Doctor Cassebolt is excellent for hormone treatments. She stays up to date with the latest approaches and always takes the time to listen carefully to what’s going on with her patients.
