We had a great experience with Floorz and would definitely recommend them. This was our first time choosing carpet, and Vicki in the store was incredibly helpful and patient as she guided us through the options and helped us find something that worked for our space. The installation process was just as smooth. Mike did an excellent job, including leveling our floor before installing the carpet, which we really appreciated. The team was also very accommodating with scheduling and worked around our availability, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we love supporting a local, family-owned business. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good about our experience with Floorz. Vicki was patient and helpful picking the right flooring and Dave who installed them was hard working and so meticulous with the way he laid it. I highly recommend Floorz.
Travis was extremely helpful in the store. Quick service and install. Very communicative. Bruce was very efficient with the install. All in all great job. I will use this store again when needed.
A very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Our initial meeting with Vicki was very easy. She was very informative and helped in our selection of the vinyl plank. Our installers, Jose and Davey, were outstanding. Definitely two guys who knew what they were doing. They were able to demo our condo (about 1100 square feet), install new vinyl planks, and new baseboard in three days. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves each day. Nothing left for me to do except to paint the baseboard. We would definitely recommend Floorz if you're looking to install new flooring in your home.
I was involved in commercial construction projects for over 30 years but this one in my home was the worst experience of any of them. A three day project spanned over four weeks. Materials failed to be ordered. Some parts were not finished or were done so poorly I’ve had to redo them myself. A mirror was broken and the crew claimed it was broken when they arrived. The job site was never cleaned even upon completion. Furniture was piled up blocking my dog door. Tools and carpet blades were left out in the middle of the floor at night where my dogs could be injured. There are gaps between the floor and the flooring so I think of them every time I walk across it. These are not exaggerations. And despite repeated requests they can’t seem to delete me from their email list. My project may have been an anomaly but it’s a nightmare I live with daily.
