As a young female, sometime it’s hard to find a gym where you truly feel comfortable. I can wholeheartedly say that this facility (and its members) make me feel comfortable, respected, and supported. The staff members are incredibly friendly and they really make you feel like part of the community, whether you’re a seasoned lifter or brand-new to a gym environment. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the members are ALWAYS respectful and kind, making it such a positive and fun place to train. That being said, they still push you to really reach your full potential. The owners are truly some of the most generous, kind-hearted people I’ve ever met—they genuinely care about their members and their fitness goals, and create an environment where everyone feels welcomed. I love how the gym is 24/7 and key access only. Gives me the flexibility to workout whenever I want while also making me feel completely safe and secure. The equipment is well maintained and facilities are kept very clean. I have never had to wait for equipment (and I’ve been at all times of the day) so you can get in, get your workout done, and not have to worry about crowded spaces or interruptions. They have all the necessary equipment to get a solid workout in. I’ve only attended one group-fitness class, but I had a blast and will definitely attend more. It truly has something for everyone, and the sense of camaraderie is unmatched. I look forward to every visit, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone, especially younger adults, looking for a place that appreciates great people, an encouraging environment, and a great fitness experience.

I have been a member for over 10 years. Recently I needed a major change and in 82 days was able to drop 30.2 lbs. that change would not have been possible without the complete flexibility of 24/7 fitness and the great staff. My success was facilitated by being able to come into the gym whenever I wanted and there were no restrictions on how long I used the machines. Since my entire focus was walking. Stay on a treadmill for over an hour on the regular was what I needed to do. I will not work out anywhere else

I love this gym! The location, the equipment but most importantly the people here make me excited to go and become a better version of myself. The owners and staff genuinely want to see you walk in that door and there are members from all walks of life and all ages, it’s great to see so many people prioritize their health. You can walk on the treadmill, lift weights, take a boxing class or participate in a boot camp style workout! If you need more professional help the personal trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly and take pride in helping their clients achieve their goals. This is a state of the art fitness facility with a friendly neighborhood feel!

I love 24/7 Fitness! The staff are amazing. They truly care about each person and see this fun as a community. Their faith is evident in the way they treat their clients and serve their fitness community. I also love how well-stocked the gym is and how easy it is to find open equipment. I never have to worry about going and not being able to use the equipment I need. I highly recommend!
