Need an urgent fix. One of our toilets was still leaking even after shutting off the water valve. I contacted this company, Jose provided good Customer service over the phone and was very patient. They were able to schedule us same day, from 1030am to 2pm. The tech Axel came and was a very respectful, professional & thorough. He was able to fix the clog and replace our pump and flap in the tank, quickly. It was affordable, which is another wonderful thing. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future when I need plumbing services. Happy with the service they provided , thank you guys !!!
I wish I can give you a million stars. From beginning to end the process of getting my new water heater was easy and quick. My technician, Christian, was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without being rude or impatient. He was very polite. He was very careful in leaving everything clean and to not scratch my floor as he was hauling the old unit out. I highly recommend El Plomero Latino. I'm glad that I saw your advertisement on a bus bench. I highly recommend you guys.

Amazing and professional knowledge of commercial sewer issues. We were very impressed with their knowledge and preventive way of handling our unique situation.
