My AC quit blowing cold air I checked a couple things myself no luck . Deep blue air was here within 1 hour. I explained to the tech what I did. He already knew what my issue was. He showed my the bad condenser he had a new one on hand changed out He also checked everything In the area he was working on. Everything was good. As soon as he replaced the part turned breaker on everything was working great. Excellent service quick response. This company is would use again it i need to.
Chris L. is a very knowledgeable & nice young man! He was quickly able to get my air conditioner running again with just some maintenance. I was overdo for maintenance so my bad! Chris is even stayed a little longer so we could have a nice conversation! Very kind & sweet young man! World needs more Chris’! Always been pleased with Deep Blue Air! Thankful for companies like that!
Deep Blue are amazing! They're always very helpful. Chris was here today and was very thorough and informative. He'll be back tomorrow to work some more in a room we were unable to enter. We believe in regular maintenance of our HVAC system to help prolong the life of our system and keep it in tip-top shape. It was my first experience with Deep Blue after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend who has been a customer for a few years. The friend was right; the technician who arrived - Chris - was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question thoroughly, and provided great service. I look forward to having him service my unit twice a year because I know it will be in good hands. It's a month later and I just had my second experience with Chris and Deep Blue Air with the installation of UV lights and a surge protection control for my outside compressor. Chris was extremely efficient and explained everything he did when he was finished.
