What a nightmare of a shop! After scheduling a Saturday tint appointment to avoid missing work, I ended up missing work on 9 separate occasions due to DC Auto Pros and still received a subpar tint installation, but that's not even the worst part! On their last attempt at tinting my car, they carved the dash on a brand new vehicle (WITH LESS THAN 1k MILES). They offered to cover cost of repair, now the car dealer wants to take the dash off of my brand new vehicle to install the part DC Auto destroyed. DC Auto credited the cost of the tint which hardly satisfies the damage they did to a brand new vehicle that I waited 22 years to buy. Every picture attached to this review is from the lack of care and respect the tint installers showed to my vehicle. If you appreciate your vehicle and belongings, don't bring your car here.
Hello. I drove from Fort Myers Beach to DC Auto Pros. Well worth the trip. I met with John K. I retired from the Automotive Industry. This is a high end, new technology shop. I walked this shop from end to end. The Ferraris, Porsche, BMW, Lexus and other high end cars are treated the way, we the OCD auto enthusiast want to be treated. DC Auto Pros have earned my business.
John and the crew at DC auto have been extremely exceptional from the very beginning! I strongly recommend them for all your car needs, whether it be vinal wraps, tinting, or detailing! They have been absolutely amazing!
Just got my 2025 Ford F-150 tinted here and they did an awesome job. The tint came out super clean with no bubbles or imperfections, and the truck looks way better now. Staff was professional, fast, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.
Great shop. Had my new tahoe ceramic coated and tints done. Everything came out exceptional. They communicated well pricing was fair, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.Highly recommended.
