I recently visited the Daltile Design Showroom in Naples, FL and wanted to share an outstanding experience. I was looking for a high-quality porcelain slab tile, stone, or glass backsplash to complete a kitchen remodel. What truly elevated my experience is the exceptional design flair of Kim, whose creative vision and keen eye for detail made all the difference. She has a remarkable ability to blend trends with timeless style. She provided personalized, complimentary consultation that turned my vague ideas into a set of just plain stunning options. She arranged for samples and recorded each potential option to ensure an accurate and easy purchase. I was also impressed by the teamwork.In selecting transition materials, Kim called upon another designer who was much more familiar with metallic profiles. Friendly staff, a vibrant hands-on atmosphere, and top-notch customer service rounded out my visit—highly recommend stopping by if you’re dreaming up your next project!
Not the best customer service. I walked in at 4pm, first thing the lady said to me was “we close at 5” ( yes I’m aware, 5-4, leaves me 1 hour). I work full time and came straight over after my last call. Myself and the person I was with went to grab a tile off the display to view ( no one was helping) this miserable lady came up to us and said “let the professionals do it” - super rude, no smile. Very disappointed, there was no reason to be rude. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day or what but I hope the ladies who I interacted with cheer up or find a job they truly enjoy!!

3 people working in the store helping 2 customers but claimed they were very busy so they wouldn’t help without an appointment. 2 of the three employees went out of their way to tell us they wouldn’t help us!
