We recently had our tenement roof in Edinburgh replaced by Compass Roofing, and we are all happy with the experience. The project felt quite daunting at the start but Compass Roofing made the whole process so much easier than I expected. They were helpful, patient and gave advice. They understood that we were coordinating with many owners. From the first meeting and initial quotation, they were friendly, down to earth, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, and I always felt like we were in safe hands. Throughout the job, the team were reliable, hardworking, and respectful. They kept us updated with regular communication, and easy to reach when we had questions, and genuinely cared about doing a proper job rather than just getting it done quickly. The roof itself looks fantastic (we love the new light from the new cupola!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Compass Roofing to anyone needing work on a tenement or any major roofing project.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the roof replacement, explained all material options, and gave a clear, detailed quote with no surprises. The crew worked efficiently, kept the site spotless, and finished ahead of schedule. The craftsmanship is top-tier and my new roof looks amazing. Communication was excellent and they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home. Compass have recently done a large flat roof and replaced cupola after a significant leak. I cannot fault them in any regard - they did a temporary fix then the job was done sticking to quote and time. Furthermore the team were all very pleasant to interact with and the finished job looks great. I went with them in preference to a smaller company as the guarantee is important and I have faith that this will be honoured (but hopefully not required).

My guttering was leaking and I was recommended Compass Roofing by my neighbour. From quotation to completion they were professional, on time and my guttering is now fixed! I’m delighted that I’ve finally found a roofing company that is efficient and trustworthy. I’d definitely recommend and they will be my ‘go to’ for any future roof repairs. Thanks!

Compass did a great job to identify and fix the cause of a leak in our dormer. They provided a really clear plan and quote, kept us updated as the work progressed, and were really responsive in answering any questions we had. They were also really mindful of our neighbours who were affected by the scaffolding.
