We had two bathroom vent fans replaced, an outlet added in one bathroom, and two sconces added to an outer wall of our brick garage. Mason, Jackson, and Reese came right on time ( they actually were early) and did a wonderful job. We have used Cole Electric for years for numerous jobs. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Great company and great people.

Awesome experience. Free estimate for a level 2 EV charger installation. Decided to upgrade to 200 amp panel as well. Scheduled within 2 weeks. Arrived with 4 techs, all done in 5 hours or so. Virginia beach city permits done. Totally happy. Definately recommend.

A master electrician) Mason responded promptly to my request for an estimate for upgrading an electrical panel and meter as well as adding some outlets in backyard. He was very informative as to what work would be done and why. He made suggestions for putting in outside outlets that i wanted. I had a quote later that evening. I compared this quote with 2 other quotes I had obtained. I decided to let Cole Electric Co. do the work. My decision was based on not only price but by his suggestions and the conversation we had. I just had a good feeling. Work was completed today. The working crew were all nice and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the job is less time than I thought it would take. Overall I am pleased and appreciative of the work done.

Carter and Will did a great job upgrading my power panel and running new power lines for our elevator installation. The job was bigger than we all expected but was completed perfectly. A well deserved 5 Star job.

On May 14th Cole Electric Inc. came to our home and replaced our inground pool electrical. Pump Switches, Light Switch, GFCI outlet and installed the new salt system mother board $1050.00 no itemized receipt pay by check. Less than 5 hours later the Breaker on the panel in the garage is triggered and cannot be rest. Now we have no pool pumps to circulate the water in the pool. Contact COLE the next morning about the issue. Told we cannot come back out until June 3rd. Had to contact another Electrical Contractor who came in 2 hours. Showed us where the wires had burned up and shorted out the system at the pump switch box. He had to rewire the switches and replace the Breaker at the panel in the garage $650.00. Customer Service? What type of Electric Company miss wires a switch box that causes a short and burns up the wires that causes a Breaker to blow in less than 5 hours tells you they can't come back and fix "their" mistake for at least a couple of weeks??
