Coldren’s Cleaning Crew does a fantastic job and takes great care and pride in their cleaning service. We had our floors replaced which had included tile demo that left a terrible mess. David and his crew cleaned up the mess, the dust and took care to clean everything thoroughly. We are so pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning job big or small. What do you do when your tenant leaves in the middle of the night? Call Coldren's cleaning crew! In the past I've used one of the well known apps(services) to have someone come in and do a move in cleaning. Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies. When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job. They spent a few hours cleaning and getting it ready for the final inspection. During the final walk through I only found a couple small things and was surprised they were able to clean a couple items i thought to be uncleanable. I hope I dont have a lot of tenant turn over and have to use them often but when i need the next Move Out\In cleaning it will be Coldren's
