Lots of toxic fiberglass dust coming from this facility being released into the air. Very hazardous has the whole surrounding area concerned.
I’ve been regularly dumping at Southwest Waste, but I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the service provided by the scale attendant, Laura. Every time I visit, she seems to be in a bad mood, with a demeanor that feels unfriendly and unwelcoming. Her lack of willingness to assist or interact pleasantly with customers creates a negative experience that really stands out, especially when the role involves customer-facing duties. Recently, I’ve even altered my route to avoid this location just to avoid the unpleasant interactions. I hope the management considers addressing this, as a more positive attitude would greatly improve the experience for regular customers like myself.
