Had a great experience with Coastal AC servicing a home I was managing. They are always very responsive and knowledgeable. Zach has truly been amazing - his professionalism and thoroughness was always appreciated!
After several years of using other HVAC companies I've finally found a good one that I can trust! My service technician Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He answered all of my questions and was completely thorough. Apparently the AC unit was never installed properly and therfore was never serviced properly. Coastal Air Conditioning did the repair for a fraction of what competitors would have charged. I highly recommend using them!
Zach knowledgeable and efficient. He responds within hours not days. He fixes what doesn’t work and completes each job according to the estimate—no surprises. His work has saved us from having to get a new air conditioning system on two separate properties. On two other properties, Coastal Air installed two different AC systems that are perfectly sized for those living spaces. I highly recommend Coastal Air!

Our old AC unit at our Condo stopped working, Zach came out, diagnosed the issue and got it charged up within an hour. It was a temporary patch but kept us cool until our new unit arrived and installed the next week. There team was very responsive, provided professional guidance and got us setup with new equipment and an online thermostat.
