I love this company. They were fast and very well organized. They came out and found the issue right away and gave me many options to fix it. Then they gave me a reasonable price and got it done.

Hugely disappointed...terrible customer service and communications, customers are not a priority at all. Chose this company based on Next Door reviews. Called Thurs afternoon as my AC needed to be replaced. (not fixed - REPLACED, as leaking freon from coils - getting quotes) The person who answered phone told me that no one could get back to me (call) until the next day. She called back later to say someone would be calling me. Got a call shortly from an employee who said he could be here soon. (I realized that someone else would be here at that time and called back within 15 mins to reschedule) Jeff (very personable nice guy) showed up at 9am next day. Explained with cool temps I was going to look over quotes and make decision over weekend. Sat morning w/no quote, called office. Very nice woman answered and explained she had just got back from 2 week vacation and that she was the only one who could give me quote -she could call Jeff and get info and text me a price, but no "quote" with specs or details. (We are talking about approx $ 8K-$11K item) She could have a quote to me on Monday after she got back in office. I explained AC has been out since Wed and I planned on making decision no later than Sunday to have installed. Stated that I was not happy as no one had said that I wouldn't be able to get a quote until Mon (3 days later) since I told Jeff that I was going to look over quotes and make decision Sun. I asked if she was the owner, she said no but she was ran the office. "SORRY", she said. Apparently this company is way to family owned and not big enough to handle something when one employee is gone. Also, it should have been communicated from the first call that I would not be able to have a quote in hand until 5 days after call.

Over a decade of outstanding service! Years ago Clif Betts repaired an A/C that others were trying to make me replace, and bought me 4 more years with that unit. Just moments ago, they came to the house within 2 hours of my first phone call, and - despite the unit sounding like someone had thrown gravel in a blender - replaced one busted wire and fixed it. YOU CAN'T DO BETTER THAN CLIF BETTS.

Clif came out right on time as scheduled. Another repair shop had said it was a faulty valve. But Clif found the real issue which was much simpler and less expensive. He cleaned a plugged drain line and the A/C is working great again!

Every time I have called them for service they have showed up in a short amount of time, diagnosed the problem and had my a/c up and running again at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for better. I highly recommend them.
