I've consistently had issues. The pool was not brushed in the past and the water had gone green. Today I went out after the notification, to check everything before the freeze. The control panel was again left open and unlatched. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER and care about your job. I have cctv and blink cameras covering the entire outside of my house.
We’ve been using CK Pools for about a month now. Dylan does a good job cleaning our pool and checking our equipment. He provides good pictures and info on the work he’s completed, which is helpful when we’re not there. It took a couple of weeks to iron out the scheduling but CK Pools always communicated with us to keep us informed and updated with any delays or changes.
Brandon came by yesterday afternoon (night!!) to do his excellent servicing of our pool and, as usual, he did a great job! We recently changed to CK Pools and I'm certainly glad we did. They are the BEST!
Update!!! Owner reached out to me cancelled contract and issued me a refund for the last Month of service. Owner takes great pride in his business but unfortunately needs better Technicians that do the pool servicing. Hope with time his Team evolves into the class of business the Owner portrays. Technician does horrible work. Asked to have someone else come back to actually clean the pool and was told somebody would come out and they never arrived. The following week when he came out again said gate was locked when I’ve never had locks on any of my gates plus never even knocked on the door if he couldn’t figure out how to open the gate when multiple people were home. They did get him to come out later that evening where he was throwing his tools and kicking things across my property and refused to vacuum the pool. Stating water was to low even that it was actually overfilled and draining out the overflow drain.
CK Pools took over Blue Oasis Pool services a month or so ago. The email I received from Blue Oasis stated they were retiring, but it would be a seamless transition. Nothing would change.. Well, it has definitely changed because the technical service is horrible. They forget to empty out the skimmer baskets. They forget to empty out the cleaner basket. And then they dumped 4 pounds of shock in my 10,000 gallon pool and throw the pH totally off. So I asked them to come out and clean my filter because they apparently didn’t have the previous records of when it was last cleaned. And they sent me a bill for $162. This was included in my contract with Blue Oasis so it’s definitely not a seamless transition. On CK Pools website they say they charge $95 for a filter cleaning. The owner Anil was txting with me about the issues and then just never responded I had to call the office and spoke to Kelly who was wonderful. She took care of what I needed. I will be looking for a new pool service immediately.
