Note: The 12-piece meal is supposed to come with two large sides and six biscuits. I also ordered an additional six biscuits and a separate coleslaw. However, I did not receive the two sides that were included with the meal, and I only received one order of six biscuits total. This order was over $50. Yes, I am receiving a partial refund, but that does not fix the inconvenience of not having enough food to feed my family. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 17 years, 12 of those in management, and this is simply not how you run a business. Please consider taking your hard eanred money somewhere else! I placed an order through the restaurant’s website and had it delivered via DoorDash. Unfortunately, half of my food was missing. The only positive part of this experience was the excellent customer service from both the DoorDash driver and the DoorDash support agents. The driver even apologized and mentioned that the employee at this location was rude and seemed completely unconcerned. Half of my order was missing, and I had to figure out how to feed my family after already waiting past the original delivery time. Thankfully, DoorDash made it right, but that still meant having to order from another restaurant to make sure everyone had enough to eat. After placing my order, I started reading reviews (which I wish I had done beforehand) and saw that this seems to be an ongoing issue. Many reviews suggest this location should be shut down, and based on my experience, I completely understand why. This was my first and last time ordering from here. Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere more reliable like Popeyes or KFC instead

This place needs new management! The Manger who she says her name is Ashley is just sad work! I stopped here tonight for 3 pies , a 8pc boneless combo meal and a few more things. Look what they gave me unbelievable!!When I order the pies she said it’ll be a 8 minute wait, no problem I’ll wait but to actually wait for this is ridiculous!!!! Burnt pies that’s not even recognizable!!!! After paying she then say’s we’re out of ice! I’m thinking it’ll be okay not knowing that the drink was going to be hot as tea! I brought the food back I arrived the second time @ 10:22pm they had the nerve to put a black car in the drive through so they can stop taking orders! I go around to the window it was the same person (Ashley) who took my order was also handled money while handing food. She bagged my order up. She was aware of this before handing this to me. When I asked her about the pies she said it’s like that cause of the grease (really) do you want your money back or what with a nasty attitude then when I asked her about the boneless chicken she said we don’t sale the flavor you asked for (mild) so we gave you this! I’m asking what’s the extra stuff in there she said it was okra! Something I didn’t order and is allergic to! I told her if she would have told me this when I order I would of gotten something else! I will be reaching out to corporate cause what I experience tonight is unacceptable!!

I drove 9 hours from Florida headed to Asheville saw a Churches sign drove 30 minutes out the way for the word service possible! The restaurant was so nasty and dirty the employees was so nasty! One of my favorite restaurants just became non-existent because I would never go in another Church's again why try to save the chain and hire such nasty employees. As much as I try to support and hope that churches would make a comeback.

I loved my experience here. We had a lady who didn't speak English get help from others inside restaurant. Constantly running out of chicken asking if a breast is okay with the legs and thighs, these people leaving poor reviews need to realize the establishment is tiny, there aren't a while lot of employees there and they run out of food because everyone wants it. Come here with the expectation that your app lied to you about your wait time the chicken is going to be amazing, but its gonna take some time. Its not fast, its soul and damn good. We drove an hour home after ordering it was still hot and it was still the most delicious chicken I've had since the last time I saw a church's in February.

Please read the reviews before you visit this location, they are truthful! I placed an online order that said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I drove 10 minutes to the restaurant and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and at the window for an additional 10, because they had not printed out the order. They were out of one of the items I ordered, which was fine, I just got something else. They forgot other items in my order & MY CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS BITTEN OFF OF! I immediately returned the entire order (I could not trust the food at that point), but I had to contact online support in order to get a refund. The supervisor, Brittany, was no where to be found to discuss the issue. The two employees I did encounter about the issue seemed apologetic, but this should not have happened at all. That was absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning to this location.
