Cat came in as our 4th pool service company. She started by balancing the water and making sure our chemicals were to spec. Then we talked about the coloration on the sides of the walls and the floor of the pool. ALL of the other companies wanted to acid wash the pool. I was totally against that since the pool is only 6 years old. Cat spoke to her chemical expert who recommended heavy metal treatments. In less the a day, most of the stains were gone. Now in over a week, there is no trace of any staining what so ever. Cat is very diligent and is not afraid to ask for help when she experiences something she is not familiar with. I highly recommend her as she is prompt, meticulous, and very knowledgeable. The best we have ever had by a long shot.

Cat is one of the best pool people we have had. She is very good at keeping the pool nice and clean and chemicals on point. She has never missed an appointment and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. We had a issue with the last pool person we had and Cat came in with grace and has never faltered in over a year. If you want the BEST she is right here.
Cats Pool service has been cleaning my pool for over a year now and my pool is crystal clear . She is very punctual and professional . Highly recommend using this company
