Never again ever ever. Attorney. Parish. Didn’t wants to see me in person when I wanted to see him. I asked him. How much my case is worth. Right before mediation . He told me That the insurance has already made decisions. I’m that. And I’m thinking my self if he let The insurance made decisions what I’m in hell I hired him for. Also in the mediation. He told me That the other party have witnesses. On what happens. So he basically let The insurance made decisions on what settlement to get that’s why he stay quiet on mediation. So don’t ever get this people. They don’t fight for you. They fight for the insurance. So stay a way from this law firm we wait 2 years to settle in we get nothing. At the end of the case. So never recommend never will and don’t even think about. This firm you will Lose your time for ever. If I could have give cero start I waisted all of my time what a Shame if I have to do it again. I never in my life. Again. This law firm is a joke. They make you wait for so long. And at the end they fight for the insurance not for you if you don’t believe me. Try it if you ever need attorney. Is slots of attorney around. And I’ll bet anyone can be better then mark parish. And Catania and Catania. Never in my life again. So you better stay a way. From this jokers waited time 2 years for nothing. And when I say nothing it was nothing. Mediation never said anything. To fight for me. Call never and the phone I guess because they work for the insurance not For you. I completely regretted. Have them as attorneys. Completely. Disappointed. Turns out to be a nightmare. Do.not hired them. For any reasons. You will be disappointed as well.

Jennifer with Catania & Catania is an angel. She was the most helpful person through my whole disability application process. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Very sympathetic to what I was going through. Always encouraging to not give up, and that things would get better. They handled everything for me so I never had to deal with SSA. very positive experience so far with Catania and Catania. My legal assistant (Luckily) was Ashleigh Vega. She is One of the best people i dealt with since i came to the US. She is very professional. She is always on top of everything. never misses an e-mail, always replies . Has all the details and updates ready anytime. On the other hand, the way she communicates with me (e-mail or phone) gives me the impression that we are friends which gives me as a customer more confidence and more ease. Ashleigh with Catania and Catania has made this long process so much easier. I don't think I would have been able to manage had I done this on my own without their help. She has been wonderful with following up with me and making sure my appointments are in line and that I'm getting the best care since my accident.

I consider Catania and Catania basically my attorney on retainer. Not that I pay them anything or that they would ask. I seem to get into my share of things large and small. The consultations are free and you can always call and get advice, which I can't count how many times I've probably done that. I originally met then because of a serious car accident. I tried to handle it myself at first, the other party was a hundred percent responsible so I thought how hard could it be, well very hard. So I sought out Catania and Catania and I was worried that they would be mad at me that I had already started the case and may have made mistakes that were detrimental. But nothing of the such, they gave us a wonderful consultation, took all the information and started their hard work on the case. I did have to have major surgery so my bills were large. But again they made sure I had nothing to do or worry about. They did amazing things with my medical bills. And my settlement was absolutely wonderful. I have dealt with a lot of attorneys due to my job. I specifically stick with them and appreciate them because they are not out to gouge or burden the other party for a mistake, though be it their fault, but somehow miraculously they get their client every bit of a settlement they deserve.
