Had my nails done on 31st May 2023 and this is what they look like 3rd June 2023. Absolutely devastated got them done for my holidays and they haven’t even lasted to the day I go away. Feel as I’ve been ripped off!

Would never use these again! Booked an appointment for myself and my nanna both for eyebrows through the online booking.. got to the appointment to see it was closed the shop, fair enough things happen in emergency but why not contact me to make me aware this wouldn’t go ahead. Total unprofessional

First time using Byker Beauty Parlour and I absolutely LOVE my eyebrows! Maxine was so welcoming and attentive; ensuring the tint was to my liking and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Looking forward to going back!

Had my eyes waxed at 2:15pm appointment and lass has took a small shrunk out of my eyebrow that now looks like a forward / in my brow. I pointed out when she showed me in the mirror but there were other customers in the shop so I was bit shocked. Only waxed them. Didn’t pluck the small bits missed. Never had issue before. This is put me off coming again.

Had Russian lashes applied today, Maxine (i think) has done a fab job working with my previously snapped lashes that are shorter than the rest made them look nice and full again place was lovely and clean the girls seem to have a nice working relationship nice experience all round
