I cannot praise Bryan enough. We were thinking of relocating from out of the area and he took us around to look at homes in different price points and areas before we were even sure this was the place for us. He has so much knowledge about the entire area, the neighborhoods, and the home buying process. We are first time buyers and this process would have been completely overwhelming without Bryan to walk us through it. Once we'd moved and were ready to buy, Bryan was wonderful, he negotiated on our behalf and got us exactly the price point we wanted for our dream home. He had our best interests in mind, was never pushy, and always answered our questions with thoughtfulness and honesty. He's been a wealth of information for finding local vendors that are affordable and reputable as well. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough, he is a great guy. We will forever be loyal to Bryan because our experience was so exceptional.
Bryan was awesome to work with during our house search and ultimately purchasing of our home. He was quick to answer any questions that we had and worked with our builder to ensure our needs were met. We plan to use Bryan to help find a home for my parents.

Bryan gave us an amazing buying experience. I can’t recommend him as a Buyer’s Agent enough. Requirements I was stuck doing in a prior buying iteration (different house, different agent) he did without prompting, cues, or trouble. Seriously, stuff happened in a way that made our buying simple and gave us time to think and do the things we had to do. We weren’t distracted by unnecessary miscellany. Requirements were made as easy as possible to complete, and explanations were made super clear and easy to understand. I highly, highly recommend Bryan Sullivan for Buyer’s Agent services.
