I had a wonderful experience at covenant primary care. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment options. The office was clean and organized, and the overall visit was efficient without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care. They’re the absolute BEST!

I feel sure there aren't enough adjectives to describe this outstanding office. From reception to greeting you to receiving treatment, there is none better. Dr. Reed Matthias, has assembled a team that sets the bar very high. I am most thankful to have a primary care group providing my medical needs.

This used to be a very good office now everybody rushes you the nurses are rude. Just not a very good place to go anymore. Mainly the nurses thinking they’re high and mighty but they are not. it’s like they hate their job just the time I was sitting here in the waiting room an elderly couple comes in. They are moving and all their stuff (Medicine) got packed up accidentally in pods and sent off the lady needs her 3 different kinds of blood pressure medicine.the lady told the Receptionist that she would die with out it The receptionist, there’s nothing you can do that. Her doctor’s not in today and she could go to the emergency room. Maybe they could do something. The lady just needs her blood pressure medicine and the receptionist made the decision. There’s nothing they can do for her the receptionist made the decision not a doctor not a nurse a receptionist.

My doctor is very good. BUT the practice is managed very poorly, dangerously in my opinion. Messages to your doctor are read by / replied to by various office staff. I've had two significant issues with communications to my doctor. My most recent experience was that the office staff did not know my doctor had changed my medication and didn’t convey that to me when I reached then (a day after the new medication was sent to the pharmacy). Two different office staff were contentious about having the nurse call me back. I insisted. When we spoke I discovered that my doctor had changed my medication. The people reading and answering the emails on MyChart had no clue what my doctor had done or either they neglected to let me know of the changed medication. In addition, they created a post dated email chain to cover their oversight. Any of these is unacceptable if you are to believe you’re communicating with and being cared for by your doctor or their nurse. Practice management at Coventry Primary Care RISKS patients' health, IMHO. My doctor is great… BUT if you want to be assured that the intended doctor or nurse receives your communication, in my experience, it’s best to use US mail since it“s unlawful to open mail addressed to someone else and it’s quicker than resolving by phone. To correct the last communication incident I had to drive to the office and politely refuse to leave until it was resolved Using MyChart, there is no telling who reads the email you think you're sending to your doctor or whether the message you needed to get to them was ever delivered. Oh, and there is no calling the practice directly. All calls are routed through an offshore call center and they determine whether or not you can talk to someone in the practice. Again, only my experience, my opinion. But based on two significant issues revolving around poor and inaccurate communication, I would look elsewhere for a doctor.

Everybody there is caring and willing to listen and help me get the help I need to get better. I love Heather and her nurse Megan they are wonderful. And the girls in the check in area are always so nice.
