I can’t say enough good things about this company. We were in a very stressful situation—on a tight timeline closing on a house—and needed a dumpster urgently. The company we originally booked turned out not to even exist, leaving us scrambling at the last minute. We reached out to this Bin There Dump That, and from the very first interaction, they were kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Even though they had already run out of dumpsters for the day, they didn’t just turn us away—they promised to do their best to get one to us the next day. Then, incredibly, within an hour, the owner contacted us to let us know they had managed to deliver a dumpster for us the SAME day. That level of care, effort, and integrity is rare. They truly went above and beyond to help us in a difficult moment, and it made all the difference for our move. It’s such a pleasure to work with people who not only run a great business but also have a good heart. To top it all off, Alex came to pick up the dumpster and even swept the driveway afterward, leaving everything clean and neat. I found my self in need of a dumpster in a last minute situation while I had people to help it to get loaded as I am disabled and could not have gotten the job done without this limited time help that I had. This company went out of their way to have a dumpster in my driveway the first the next morning. When this dumpster was filled quicker than expected they picked it up and had an empty one in its spot the next morning. The people I dealt with were very helpful and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would highly recommended them to all my friends and family. That should say a lot in itself.
