My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples. The weather was perfect, the water was absolutely beautiful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Larry, the bartender, who was entertaining, personable, and super friendly. He made every visit to the bar enjoyable and crafted an amazing Cucumber Spritz and one of the best smoked Old Fashioneds we’ve ever had. Last but certainly not least, the star of the show was Chef Karim. Not only did he create exceptional meals throughout our stay, but he also took the time to personally come to our table to make sure our dining experience was outstanding. Speaking with him felt like talking to an old friend, which made the experience even more special. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests truly set him apart. He went above and beyond by preparing two lobster tails stuffed with crab meat for me that were tender, juicy, and incredibly fresh. For my boyfriend, he prepared a perfectly cooked 14-ounce Texas Ribeye that was absolutely delicious. The exceptional service, outstanding food, and beautiful beachfront setting make LaPlaya one of our favorite places in Naples to stay and dine. We can’t wait to return!

This restaurant deserves the high accolades it receives. The atmosphere and the views are impressive. However, it is the food and the service that make it elite. Our server, Ogi, was very attentive and endearingly personable. And every jewel of cuisine; the seafood tower, the hogfish, the risotto and more, was prepared to perfection and melt in your mouth delicious. Several times we remarked to each other this was the best we have ever enjoyed. Bravo!

Wow! Just enjoyed dinner with friends last evening for the first time🌺 Amazing!!! Awesome drinks food and atmosphere with out door seating beach and an unbelievable sunsets!!! Our server Christopher was over the top with his wonderful personality knowledge of the menu and his amazing smoked Old Fashioned🐊 Christoper was very attentive to our needs and happiness and took amazing pictures of us at the beach for sunset. As a former server I can honestly attest to the entire experience. Also shout out Michelle and Mara that made sure to delight our table with happy personality and exceptional service! We will be back soon and often 🎉🎊🎉 Christopher Jamaica me crazy🤣

We had the most incredible birthday celebration at Baleen! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. A special thank you to our outstanding server, Baris, whose attentive, warm, and professional service made the evening seamless from start to finish. Destiny and Bri at the front of house were absolutely wonderful—so kind, accommodating, and welcoming. And a huge shoutout to our beloved server assistant, Max, who went above and beyond by taking the most amazing photos so we could remember this special day forever. The food was exceptional, every dish was beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating. It’s the people who truly make Baleen stand out. This all-star team made us feel so special and created memories we’ll cherish for years to come. We’ll continue to celebrate our special occasions at Baleen, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience. i’m gonna start off by saying this place is beautiful and worth it regardless of anything else just because of the scenery so i definitely recommend. i tried calling several times for several days without an answer or return call so that was definitely frustrating. my 15th time calling after 3 days or so someone finally answered so it worked out. our server Helene was amazing & everything you could ever ask for from a sever. she was so sweet, so accommodating, attentive but not overbearing, she even took photos of the oysters in the back for me so i could see them & offered to take photos of my husband & i multiple times because of the different lighting which was so nice & generous. the beef carpaccio was terrible unfortunately & got sent back. we get that app everywhere we go & i’ve only sent it back 1 other time in my life at a restaurant in ohio so i was pretty surprised by that. the bread was good, the oysters were really good. we shared the the grouper which was just ok for me but my husband liked it so that was good. we got a free dessert for my birthday so we chose carrot cake which was just ok for me too i’ve definitely had way better, softer carrot cake at other places. the other server who didn’t serve us but saw me, adriano, was very sweet and gave me a rose when he saw me which made my night. so overall this was a 5 star experience because of the service & atmosphere but don’t expect the best food here. would definitely come again! maybe for brunch next time
