I hired Arcadia to mount some outside trim work high up in the roof gables of my home. Within 24 hours they got me in and sent Anthony out to complete the work. He was very professional and efficient and had my new gable trim up in short order. The price did seem a tad high, but I won't hold that against them as I agreed to it, and you are paying for their professional skills, tools and equipment. The completed work looks great, and as a first-time client of Arcadia, the positive experience has won my trust and confidence in their company.

I gave them 5 stars for there friendliness, loyalty, trust and will to perform there best service to please there customers. They came to our home eager, professional and ready to work but the first thing that caught my eye was when they stopped at my door and placed little things over there shoes not to mess up our floors as if my floors were perfect, but that showed me that they respected me and the service that they brought to the company or business they provided for me. Thank you guys for being back a little respect to us and our home as well for preparing our bathroom sink that was hanging onto the wall by a thread (lol) and when the sink came undone from the wall again for a second time due to our wall not being solid enough to hold our bathroom sink, they came back out and didn't charge us for the repair, this time when the second man came he made sure this time that our bathroom sink was handle and the problem is fix this time and if not I will be calling again (lol) but hopefully the problem is fix and I won't have to call again, but if you want to be treated with respect and A1 service call them and let them take a bite out of whatever service you need done. Our sink is smiling and we are smiling as well.

Mike did a fantastic job. IHe was polite and professional. He cleaned up everything once he was finished with the job. Also this company was very fast with providing service.

Requested a quote on Monday 8 June with the rep on the phone and provided pictures vua text message of the commercial door needing replaced with measurements. Did not hear anything back until 10 June where they stated a tech would need to come out. 11 June was scheduled for the tech to gather details for the quote and was given a window of 8am-1pm for arrival. The tech never showed up in the alloted window and at 1:03pm a rep called to state the tech was about 30 minutes out. Waited an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes for the tech not to show. Called the reps back and they were not tracking the no show. A1 door services were punctual with everything from scheduling, communication and arriving on time. Would not recommend Arcadia.

I first tried booking assembly services through Angi, but they didn’t offer same-day help and I kept getting confirmations from random handymen who wanted to come late at night. As a mom, I did not feel comfortable with that. They then recommended Lauren, and she was at my house within 30 minutes. 🙌 Lauren has years of experience doing handy work with her father, and it really shows. She was professional, respectful, and a perfect fit for me and my household. She did a wonderful job putting my bed frame together. I highly recommend her 5-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
