DO NOT hire Aqua Leisure to replace your pool liner. They replaced my dad’s pool liner in 2020 and we have had pop out issues ever since. I would have hired an attorney however at the time my dad was 81 with severe dementia and it was all I could do to care for him, pay his bills etc. I complained for 4 years since every time Aqua Leisure opened the pool we had pop outs. In 2020, the replaced the liner & then we closed the pool. The very next opening the pop outs were there. They would send a tech to stretch, liner lock etc. however the worse they became they stopped sending anyone out. My dad declined more and now that he has passed, this is what I’m dealing with. See pictures from 2021-2025 How dare a company treat a customer like this Any attorneys out there?

I have been a customer of this store for several years, but after today’s experience, I do not plan to return. Today I stopped by as usual and brought in a water sample for testing. I simply opened the front door and entered the store the same way anyone would enter any business. I was not rushing, carrying anything unusual, or doing anything out of the ordinary. The door unexpectedly struck my left foot and damaged the sole of my nearly new Hoka sneaker. At first, I did not even fully understand what had happened. The door felt unusually heavy to me, and my impression was that either the door itself or the closing mechanism was unusually strong or difficult to operate. Whatever the reason, I was not expecting the door to swing back and hit my foot while I was simply entering the store. Several employees were standing directly across from the entrance, and one of them said, “Be careful.” What confused me was that I had simply opened the door and walked in. No one asked if I was okay, and no one seemed concerned about what had just happened. When I got home and saw the damage to my shoe, I called the store because I wanted to report the incident and express my concern. Not only was my new sneaker damaged, but I also could not help thinking that if I had been wearing flip-flops or open-toe footwear, my foot could have been injured. While I was explaining the situation on the phone, the call was disconnected before I was able to finish the conversation. Whether intentional or not, the experience left me feeling ignored and dismissed. The damaged shoe was frustrating, but the lack of concern and customer service was far more disappointing. As a long-time customer, I expected a much more professional response. I’m not planning to return to this location anymore.

Great experience every time we use them. They installed the pool liner before we bought the house and over 4 years we called them 5 times for service and 3 times the Owner came to our house and personally addressed our concerns. Keep in mind, that none of issues were related to the pool liner. Honest, professional and reliable, we will never use anyone else for all our pool needs. Thank you Aqua Leisure Pools!

I have been going to this location the last 5 years I have had my pool. Service was always great. Instructions always got my pool clear. I mentioned selling shock in bulk, they started doing so. Well I have been in the store 3 times this month trying to get my pool clear and the instructions they give me has only made my pool worse! Today was the last straw when I was told I needed to get chlorine in my pool. When I have been putting multiple bags of shock in my pool a day and now just being told I could have just put chlorine in it. Then I go to get chlorine, and I was asked if I had a return jug. Come to find out when I returned my jug last year, they never mentioned a discount on return jugs!! So I gave them a free money! Pretty disappointed! I’ve bought everything from them but shock, when they didn’t sell in bulk and once when I was conned buying products I didn’t need from another pool store. So for 5 years I have been shopping locally at the pool store near me. Just to be recently disappointed!
