My 20 year old spring assist garage door finally gave up. It was a special order low overhead style that wasnt very common. My son's church has had good experiences w Apple so i gave them a call. Two young men came out on a diagnostic visit in a timely response, and the techs came out the next day for the repair and mods, completely reworking and rearranging the spring operation and reviewed a pm plan w me. All the Apple folks were friendly, courteous and professional. I am very pleased w people, response time, work and price. Door opens w 2 finger lift now. Very pleased. Thank you
Joel was informative, professional, straightforward, and responsive when we were selecting a new garage door. They got on on the books quickly once our order went through. Bryan and Trey arrived promptly for install and had everything done in 2.5 hours. It included exterior weatherstripping, which other companies were going to charge extra for. It looks and functions great! I am happy with the service and highly recommend.
