I had a complete bathroom remodel, not just a shower. The availability, communication and ease the project manager, Rob Allen provided me was above anything I ever received before. Having an historic district home, I have had many contractors, so I don't take this endorsement lightly. An absolute integrity filled company and my bathroom is beautiful.
We recently completed a home addition with American Contracting Services and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Richard and Brandon were attentive, transparent, and genuinely committed in understanding our vision for the space. Brandon did a great job as project manager, very professional and easy to work with. He kept us informed throughout the project. What impressed us most was Brandon and the company’s commitment to quality and delivering an excellent overall experience! The entire crew were skilled, detail-oriented, and took pride in delivering high-quality work. We just completed a bathroom remodel and are very pleased with the outcome. We got several quotes and went with ACS based on their pricing, their transparent quote that included an itemized breakdown of costs, and they had a team of contractors that could do the entire scope of the job. We also appreciated the nightly updates from Rob on what to expect the next day. Rob quickly responded to any questions we had and resolved any scheduling concerns. Great team, quality work, and very professional, would definitely recommend American Contracting Services.
We are very happy with the tub to shower conversion that ACS completed for us. From demolition of the old tub and surround to the final adjustment of the sliding glass doors, everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Would use again if the need arises.
We had a very pleasurable experience both with our sales rep Aaron Morgan as well as the Installer David. Both were very professional and knowledgable with our project of installing our new bathroom vanity. I was very impressed that installer made a prior visit to get a view of the project and put together a material list to be prepared for the day of the installation which went very smoothly. He was very neat, thorough and checked with us every phase of the install to get our approval. Job well done.
