Always Be Cooling exceeded all our expectations! I called kind of last minute due to an urgency to have the return installed prior to birth of our babygirl and Cale made it happen. Return was installed promptly, aesthetically pleasing, and they even cleaned up any mess that was made before leaving! Couldn’t be happier with the result ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

If this review would allow me to leave 10 stars, I would! I worked directly with the owner, Cale, to have his team install a complete new HVAC system in a new home. Cale has been outstanding. His team has been outstanding. We went from talking about a new system and getting an initial quote, to agreeing on a price (which was VERY competitive) and starting the layout within a matter of days. His team was very thorough and very professional. As we made progress with the home, Cale was in touch with me on a regular basis to maintain an understanding of when certain parts of the system could be installed, based on the progress of the home. I did not need to call him to find out when he could come back -- he called me to stay on top of it! I wish many of the other contractors that I have used for the home were as thorough and on top of things like Cale has been. I have already recommended him to friends, and would recommend Cale and Always Be Cooling to anyone that needs a new system, or a system repair. You will not be disappointed. Jeff

Glenn was awesome! He was super helpful and came to my house right away on a holiday weekend when my AC wasn’t working. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had used a different company to service my home in the past but will be moving my maintenance moving forward to them! The price was reasonable esp for a holiday weekend!! Thanks for helping me!

We would like to thank Always Be Cooling for their prompt service. Dustin is the technician who worked on our air conditioner. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He carefully explained the problem and how to correct it. We will continue with Always Be Cooling because we trust this company and we want Dustin to be our service technician. I had an outstanding experience with Always Be Cooling. Cale went above and beyond by taking my call while he was on vacation, taking the time to listen carefully to the AC issue, and coordinating a technician to come out within the hour on a weekend with no extra charge. Glenn, the technician, was equally impressive. He was highly experienced, extremely friendly, and able to diagnose and resolve the issue. I truly appreciated the responsiveness, professionalism, and level of care from start to finish. Highly recommend Always Be Cooling.
