Let me start first by saying we had a fire and it melted our power meter , can and riser. I reached out for a few electrical estimates, as anyone would do, and ABC Electric was one of them. Abel came out the same day of our call and when he said . He provided a professional and thorough estimate of needed repairs, expressing empathy and urgency for our situation. Mark followed up with us to ensure any concerns were addressed. Jess expedited our process, permit, FPL coordination and fully communicated with me. Brian came out to perform the needed repairs in record time with professionalism and detailed work, including communication with inspector and power restoration with power company. Jess closed the loop with final details. ABC will be my only go to electrical company from now on!! Thank you for helping get our home back online and safe!
We are very happy with the service provided by ABC Electric. Their tech, Marcus did a great job! He was very professional, listened to the issue, was thorough and figured out our issue and fixed it.
ABC Electric has been nothing short of amazing. I know people are sometimes upset about what they are being charged but you get what you pay for. I'm not an electrician, I have no idea the amount of work it takes to even make an assessment. I trust ABC. The technicians are professional and easy to work with. We detected a short circuit in our hot water tank electrical supply line which appeared to present a fire risk. Called ABC who found an after hours technician to come out, diagnose, and repair the problem. Problem solved quickly and efficiently. ABC is our first choice when electrical service is required in our home and has been for over 20 years.
Brian was professional, courteous and answered questions. Did the job and cleaned up. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone.
