911 Restoration of Virginia Beach is an outstanding and highly professional company that I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Hank and his team far exceeded every expectation. They moved quickly, their work was excellent - and they took care of every detail from start to finish. I want to give a special shout out to Greg, whose tireless efforts produce an amazing result. Not only did they bring full restoration after unexpected water damage, but I think it looks better than it did before we started! When water damage comes out of nowhere, it can be a very intimidating process. Greg oversaw every detail, including inspection, immediate water mitigation (extraction/drying), cleaning, sanitation, and final repair/reconstruction with excellence. He navigated the insurance process, and was so patient and kind every step of the way. He removed every bit of the intimidation factor - and that was priceless! Thank you, Greg and 911 Restoration! When things go bad you want a stress free solution, and that is exactly what we got with 911 Restoration. A bad gasket caused water to go where it wasn’t supposed to. Hank and the team showed up within a short time of me contacting them and got right to work. They handled removal of the affected area, mitigation, and treated the property with respect. They also took care of the insurance claims so that the process was made even easier for us. A day after the mitigation was completed, contractors began working to get the house back in order. I have had a wonderful experience with the team at 911 Restoration. Greg initially came out to survey the property and associated, initial damage, and explain the procedural steps moving forward, which put me at ease. He was professional, highly communicative, and I was able to go to him numerous times with any questions I had, no problem. Ron and Jason mitigated the water damage and were prompt, knowledgeable, communicative, approachable, respectful, and consistently hard-working. They displayed attention to detail throughout each step of the process and continually kept the area clean. They shared that they have a true heart for their work, which makes all the difference when undergoing an experience that feels burdensome until you have the right professionals in your corner. Finally, if I had any additional questions, I was able to speak with Hank directly and he answered those, as well as provided reassurance promptly and efficiently. 911 Restoration company in Newport News is the ultimate professional from the person who answers your initial call, to the technician and finally the main point of contact. They were attentive to detail and kept me abreast of pricing. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration to anyone and I will definitely use them in the future (hopefully no time soon tho 😊)
