I highly recommend! I am terrified of bugs & moved into a home 2 years ago that had waterbugs & a few other weird things (ah!), but started using this company right away & 99% I never ever see any bugs anymore! (If I ever do, they are dead!) They are so patient & helpful with also arranging the appointments with my tenants. I have appreciated them so much these past 2 years!
Jabree was very nice and professional. He listened to issues we were having and made recommendations and provided on-the-spot solutions. Most importantly he notified me that he was on his way and was on-time (actually ahead of schedule), which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend 1st Choice for all your pest removal needs.
Brayden was very professional and knowledgeable about the bees. He made sure the entire area was treated and the Carpenter bee wholes were sealed. Every step of the process from calling to schedule, to getting a quote, to having the service performed was easy and everyone was so polite and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
1st Choice is absolutely outstanding, IF you want truly excellent work done with comprehensive reporting, excellent communications, and good people to work with. A full explanation of each finding along with annotated photographs is their normal mode of operations. They will also offer tp prepare written quotes for remediation. If you want things done correctly and reliably - call them!
